Looks very nice For small border, If using photobucket, make new layer, hit ctrl + a to select, then go to edit > stroke and pick color and px hope i could help

Sigs don't need boarders. It looks fine without it.

everyone has their own preferances dont they~~

You ask most graphics people and they will tell you that a border detracts from the sig.

Hey, not to flame you or anything but,
anime people post their sigs here because they just want to share with this "anime community"
they are not trying to compete with the graphics people here on jsp
if they wanted to do that they would've posted at graphics forum instead
i'm pretty sure people here aren't looking for your critiques, but instead looking for people to say "hey that looks cool" or "i like it" etc
so this is what i believe to be a one sentence summary of the reason why we're posting here:
"I like my sig, if you like it too I'm glad, if you don't, no need for comment"
