It most likely brings them closer to their true hollow form.

Ulquiorra became more hollow-like, as he resembled a bat directly and clearly.

I guess the only way we could actually know would be to see his first hollow form



Personally I didn't like that he used his second ressurection when he didn't need to. He was raping Ichigo fine without it

It should have been Ichigo goes full hollow and fights his normal form, then second ressurection followed by godly awesome blow up hueco mundo battle

he was showing ichigo that he has no chance of winning by goin 2nd, but he was horribly wrong lol

It was boring and pointless to even give him a second release. Hopefully something happens soon to bring ulquiorra back or something. Maybe hime can reject him dieing but bring him back as still weird ulquiorra sympathy mode.
