so, i found out scratching the surface is natural lol.. because of friction... i emailed the wacom ppl and that's what they told me.. i had to get the pen tip replaced and the surface sheet replaced every so often

yea, dont press too hard on ur wacom, i know its hard to do but turn pen pressure on maximum if u want that
