Also, I think Starrk is dead... his hollow hole was destroyed... and he is dissolving... (this can be seen when he is falling -- his clothes are dissolving).

I don't think fragments of cloths are proof of him disolving after a blow like that :P. Although it might be the case, I don't think we can conclude it.
