the helpfile ingame's pretty comprehensive for what it is, but it doesnt cover stuff you've not unlocked yet or seen in person.
i was out grinding these lvl 12 mobs in the woods (7-18, what) n a little miniboss kept spawning.
then somehow we triggered a blue mob to spawn and got 2 lvls off it...
and then somehow a field boss spawned, big fat icon on the map, lvl 45 and 1hit all of us.

yeah, once you get around lvl 25 the Quests die down a bit and you find yourself grinding a bit.
Pretty much what all the Newb players complain about in Chat, They act like they're not playing a beta lol
Rate can be adjusted a tiny bit or they can put some more quests in and that'd be fine.
But everyone wants the exp to be like 10x what it is so they can get maxed out in like month or something like the KCBT3 (which you could easily hit 200 in a week)
Blue mobs are great and even when i was like lvl 30 i got like 2 lvls off of one.
those White mobs are great too since they drop lots of silver and loot.
