I don't get how shunsui cut stark last chapter with the word Black... he explaine that he have to call a color that he doesn't have on him, could anyone make me understand?
I will:
When Kyoraku says grey, and cuts Starrk, Starrk is shocked. The wound should have been deep, but instead, it was shallow.
Kyoraku has no grey on his body, but Starrk had some grey, so the wound was only small.
When Starrk calls out white, he wounds Kyoraku badly in the back. This is because Kyoraku has white, as does Starrk. By calling out a color that you have on yourself, you damage the opponent badly if they have that color also; however, the risk of self-damage increases as well. The greater the risk becomes (the more of the color you have yourself that you call out), the greater the damage becomes also. They can only cut the color they call out. -- maybe this "risk" is them being able to cut you as well. For instance, if you have the color black, and you call black, both players can cut that color. So, if this is true, Kyoraku is in trouble.
Kyoraku calls the color black, which he is covered in, and because of this, badly damages Starrk (who is also covered in mostly black from the waste down). Now, though, Kyoraku is at risk for severe damage.
We will have to see what happens next chapter.
Kyoraku is still playing with him. Starrk has no black on his upper body... so the wound would be shallow or very minimal... (he cut him in an upward stance from the waste, up).
He can only cut the color he calls out.I hope Starrk joins with Kyoraku... that would be so badass.... at least among the strong, he will not be alone.
I did a ton of rambling here -- I'll try to sum it up:Kyoraku calls out grey. He has no grey on him, but Starrk does. Kyoraku cannot be damaged in this turn, but Starrk can, but only slightly because the risk is so low to Kyoraku (cannot be damaged).
When Starrk calls out white, he damages Kyoraku badly because he himself can also be damaged by the color white. Kyoraku can cut Starrk, and Starrk can cut Kyoraku. The damage is high for both players.
Kyoraku calls out black, but I don't see how this is going to damage Starrk, as he has no black on his upper body. Kyoraku is still messing around -- he might die because of it. Remember, Starrk can now cut black -- in this case Kyoraku's entire body.
