thats where you can pick settings for about any tool in the tool bar

I wish I can create a background more specific to what im doing rather than randomizing it. But I guess im stuck with it until I get more used to things.

you are just doing the clouds thing why aren't you following the rest of the tutorial its like you quit following instructions after 3 steps

why does it look better when i remove the background?

I dont have the time at the moment lol. I got so much work to do and havent been able to continue practicing this. Didnt even get the chance to watch any anime to keep myself updated yet either

because the white bg is contrasting with the character, thus its moar on the first place

Cause the colors don't flow too overwhelmed with black,

I think a little bit of erasing on the current though would really touch it up.
