as his mangekyou is also activated he got the eternal mangekyou sharingan. now his eyesight is restored and he gained more power. probably he will be able to use it unlimited times now.

but itachi didnt have the second mangekyou. maybe thats why his susanoo was weaker. (does it mean itachi is genius again ? xD?

Sasuke didnt take Itachis eyes so there is no way that he has eternal mangekyou sharingan. Sasukes left eye controls amateratsu, Sasano is the power of both eyes (double mangekyou sharingan?). "The Third power": Genjutsu - Tsukuyomi, Black Flames - Amaterats and Sasano. Imo Sasukes Sasano is different becasue his power comes form darkness...lol or something like that...

First time I've read mange i thought that's Sasori :

Isnt it similar to him ?

susanoo is god of the sun, but sasuke is in darkness so i guess that's why his susanoo is different.....

(i learned this from digimon season 4, so don't attack me if i'm wrong lol)
