Tobi always shown just 1 Sharingan aswell as the Rinnengan gets implanted in the left lately.
I even doubt he's an Uchia tbh.

What I don't understand is, why doesn't tobi ever use the Mangekyo if he is Madara that is, because when he does use the sharingan its just the standard. Tobi is hiding alot thats for sure.

as those hokages said, he got unlimit chakra, maybe he is so good that he doesn't need to waste such a powerfull technique on them

Doubt that but even tho it isnt his own eye, mangekyo is still possible, see Kakashi.
