rather Itachi was suspicious that Tobi was Madara there for he saved his last Chakra in Sasuke when Madara contacted Sasuke after their fight

That was Itachi's last chakra planted in him to attack if Tobi/Madara should make contact after their battle.

Ah yes that was Itachi giving sasuke the mangekyo Sharingan... but even after he gave him, he constantly used its abilities way to much lol I wouldn't be surprised if he went blind within the first week. Ive only watched snippets of shipudden but slowly getting the drift of it. what I want to see is his eternal mangekyo sharingan.
