Glad to see my boy Kurosawa all manned up after going public, "walking the road paved with thorns". Kinda wish that we would have seen some similar character development for Light in the end of DN now that I think of it.
Wanted to rip the head off of that afroboy when he snatched away Takigawa totally out of the blue btw
He actually managed to grew on me
a lot during a short period of time later though.
I mean, he didn't even hold any grudge against Kurosawa after knowing what he did and more importantly - stood by his side when everyone else was harassing him so intensely. You just don't see people like that every day.
Also would have been nice if they had expanded more on Sugawa's transition from bully --> tsundere though. Seemed a bit awkward to me seeing her all blushing and shit and treat Kurosawa to drinks after she had been acting so despicable the whole series.
While I enjoyed Onani Master Kurosawa at first because it was hilarious, with all the devious toilet fapping and scheming, the second half is where the series really shone and managed to make a real impression. Can't remember when I experienced a better mix of rage and satisfaction in a relatively short manga.
9/10. Overall terrific.
