Are you using "Save for Web or Device" when you save?

Also if you go to Layer > Flatten Image it should merge all the layers together.. Sometimes that reduces the size a bit.

tried flattening still 82kb
i use save for web devices but png 24 is the only setting that doesn't have a big whit border around the knife that looks ugly as fuck and thats how its saved
arg idk what to do

nn, the widescreen makes the sig look squished imho

I do agree but I don't mind how it gets ride of some of the light on the top and bottom :/

if you want my opinion, i think you do what i used to: Try too hard. dont put as much effort into it and look for something easy to accomplish. dont flood your sigs with layers of shit and i think it will turn great
