All i saw in that picture was huge fat old lady who was drooling over candy she was supposed to receive

I think she could a female giant or one of those "bigger humans", like the ones in water7 arc. The "Smoke" which came from the drool droplings(from which many assumed it was acid or sth) could be cuz the floor is hot for all we know

by to way, if shes a giant wouldn't that backfire the theory of lola being related to her ? i mean lola was relatively normal sized apart from being fat. Not to mention theres this other pirate chick who would be more fit to be lolas mother, she was on whitebeards crew; appeared on chapter 551.

i didn't even bother thinking what she was other than "strong" which is quite relative in this "manga" cause if she were to fight luffy in chapter 1 she would have lost
