id say either Laxus or Mirajane will be the next.
reason for laxus is because even though he did do that whole guild battle royal awhile back, a lot of the people still respect him and he would probably do whats right for the guild.
mirajane if not laxus because like slinpy stated she has the most hands on experience with everyone in the guild and also she is the one who runs it almost.
