Guy uses a sword, pretty bad ass at it.
But then he has a Mech,
which is in outer space in a satellite and he can use it almost any time he needs to. + him and the mech are linked, so as long as the robot is still functional and the satellite is still orbiting earth, he cannot easily be killed as when he enters it his wounds are healed. Not "Superpowers" exactly, but close enough and it's amazing. One of animes a person who watches a lot of them and nitpicks at every little thing about everything, considers GunXSword "God tier"
Also, samurai champloo is pretty amazing. They have no super powers, but they are bad ass at what they do.
