I wonder if Touma will show up. They made the sisters look too close to Misaka. Her eyes aren't different anymore :(

There's got to be something that happened between right now in Railgun and the Level 6 shift arc in index that made the clones more monologue.

Like now they still talk somewhat normally, and happily interact with Mikoto, but in Index there are many subtle differences.

They probably changed the file they imprint on the clones through the testament because of the fight scene next ep. :D

is this just a "redo" of the sisters arc previously aired before? I'm kinda tryign to figure out where I should start to read in the light novels.

No. This is the real Sisters Arc. You will get to see the real shit that goes down. In Index you only get a small amount of it.
