must be trollin mangas arnt like books at all

i only know of three animes that are better than the mangas cause the manga sucks

FLCL - manga was random as hell even worse than the ovas
Sword Art Online - pls. manga was terrible made me want to stab myself
Prince of Tennis - cause you don't see Dinosaurs being blown into the court in the manga (THE ONLY REASON)

SAO isn't a good example since the original work is a light novel.

they are both good.. saying one is better then the other is a matter of opinion.. so its stupid as all hell to argue about it.

if it was all coloured it would probably take a lot longer to release
seeing as a lot of series do weekly releases

honestly when i first startedanime i hated manga too. It's okay. I actually prefer it in black and white. and i can finish stotries a lot faster by reading than watching.

goku goes ssj 1 anime = entire episode

Goku goes ssj 1 manga = 4 pages

gohan goes ssj 2 anime = entire episode

gohan goes ssj 2 manga = 9 pages


other reasons is what is in the anime and not in the manga or vice versa.

kensin anime leaves out the entire arc explaining the cross shapped scar, while theres about 5 enitre volumes after the anime drops off in manga.

naruto flows from the younger years to the older years in the manga, in the anime theres what seems like endless worthless quests at the end untill you get to shippuden.

dragon ball and dragon ball z have worthless filler for entire episodes, liek the gralic jr. arc dosnt even exist in the manga.

and in dragon ball when goku first goes to kami to train, there are several episodes in the anime showing gokus training, while in the manga its left out, as its quite un necessiary.

manga is alot better then anime.



no see, hes saying books are to movies as mangas are to anime. not that mangas are like books.

but my tastes are better then your tastes, or atleast manga is better then anime.

most people who prefer anime really dont have that much expericen with manga.

most people who prefer manga, probly started off watching anime and have plenty of experience with both.

so given their respecitve experience in the field of asian catoons, the manga fans opinion is more qualified.

also it seems most people are agreeing that mangas are better in this thread.
