OVA's usually have a Higher budget so quality most of the time is better so its understandable then there's the studio to consider and the animators.

either way there will probably be a good influx of art thanks to the series, got to love Insane BRS and her bad ass look :)

not sure if this character exists in the tv anime, but she exists in the BRS psp game:

that character is 'White Rock Shooter'. I haven't actually played the psp game so I dont know if she is on the good or evil side. I have 4x boxsets of the japanese edition BRS psp game and they include pvc figures of White Rock Shooter.

WRS isnt the in the tv anime, was kinda disappointed

they only have a few of the character and they get their like 1-2 ep arch then get barely get screen time after that.

Im watching this now. Seems pretty good, I don't normally watch stuff liek this but once I start something I gotta finish it.

(Heard about it/seen from tumblr ahaha, so many spammed gif's/photos of this anime i had to check it out for myself)

lol I noticed -.- ahhaa but yeah the fighting scenes are pretty crazy.

Still looking around for more new Action related shows

i dunno why i feel weird about this but why do they call her Black Gold Saw? ( she isn't the color of Gold )
and well i can understand the Saw part but why the Gold when she's more Red XD
