yeah I didn't get it either.. why did she start running?? did she see Misaki all of the sudden or what?

My guess is that there is a order to who dies. She knew she was the first which is why she was freaked out and nervous the entire time.

well everyone see's her but they choose to act as if she doesn't exist, i assume there is also some sort of back story maybe a curse or somthing that attached to her as well that why ppl follow that rule maybe because there afraid.

But i'm starting to think something, You know in the 1st episode how the Student Prez and the others where certain that they they seen/met Sakakibara before but he said he never been there before.
for some reason i'm starting to think about that more often now cause i bet it plays a part later on that will probably add a twist or mind fuck us XD

inb4 some mind fuck that ends up revealing that Sakakibaru is a ghost like Misaki or something equally brain melting like he was the one that killed her and ended up losing his mind and forgetting everything and restarted his life sort of thing.
can't remember but i don't think they said how Misaki died yet unless i missed that detail or just plain forgot.

and I believe they have not said how she died but could it be involved with her eye?

maybe she was stabbed to death and her eye was just one spot the knife hit

I think they said she died in an accident

Maybe the class killed her
