Why are you complaining about the ending? I thought it was gold.

Honestly the original anime was good, they built the characters from the ground up, set the stage for an adventure/mood well, just an overall well designed series. I don't care if it derailed from the manga, the anime was great.

well, it is true that Hughes daughter is (IMO) at the same age, when Hughes died at the original episodes... But I am really excited, how Hughes will die now. If he dies ofcourse, I hope he won't but, but I fear he will. Again :(
