and its a different scenario if you are in an actual fight. They were just showing off their powers. It's not exactly the heat of battle when you say "why don't you try it again, maybe you can figure out how it works"

i'm not going to argue that matter with you anymore because we're starting to get off topic - either way it proves my point that stark isn't always calm and relaxed.....he gets caught in the heat of the moment and gets really excited when he sees strange/new moves liike bankai and ukitake's thing....even kyoraku admitted it:
