I think i tried reading 21st century boys loong time a go, probably picked it up at random from some mangasite but the only feeling i could get off it was that i was missing on something, couldnt follow the story at all the time

those three (if you havent seen the monster anime) are god tier, and that's not just me being a fanboy. The effort involved in those series was quite high, and the outcome was great.
