What programs do u guys use to make sigs>

its crazy how mods never give you warn% for having 2 sigs i mean you pull that shit like once a week you would think they would get sick of hearing about it

and i use cs3

I was so upset after taking like 2 hours to dl it, and when I installed it on desktop I didn't even bother removing cs2 for cs3 on laptop :/ it was really nothing special
