The only member who has joined the crew since sanji that had decent power was franky. And even then, he is still pretty low on the totem.

Jinbei is not god; we have seen him fight and he still loses to people.

He would be a good fit under sanji, most likely, to round out the crews offensive power. Which they will need in the new world, no doubt.
