left side still bothers me

There might be a bit too much "particles" on the sig. Spread them out more so they don't clutter the bg so much or play around with the opacity as you add them in so they don't look so consistently bright. An easier way is to enable a texture to the 1 pixel hard brush when you add in the particles so some look more faded and so on.

That's if you were using the 1 pixel hard brush for the particles ofc.

photobucket screws things up. It look different in CS3 than when i upload it. starting to make me angry.

This is because CS3 sucks, and also, always save a .PNG copy and then save .JPEG, JPEG is the best signituare format imo, and i use CS2, i prefer it to CS3

new sig, took me a good 5 mins to pull it off. ( the one I am currently using )

I still think the schutzstaffel sig was the best one I ever made though =/
