Well they kinda flashed how Gon lost his fight (was about to hit Knuckles with Jajanken but he went Bankrupt and was forced into Zetsu) and there wasn't much worth showing that you didn't know about how Killua lost like being afraid of stronger enemies and losing his left eye so we can see he didn't overcome his weakness. He plans on leaving Gon after Gon gets his nen back and can protect himself but until then he will stay by his side to protect him.



Komugi* and yea should be around 30 episodes xD can't wait

What i dont get is:
- Gon & Killua are training since years by now and they're still weak as small bugs and would get crushed easily

Why are they both main characters when they're weak? Basically they're useless and will never be able to beat strong opponents.
I mean they should've rather made Gon's dad & Killua's dad the main characters and show how they progress and save the humans instead of showing 2 little losers who train for centuries ( xx ) episodes and are still weak.

Or they should just skip a few years and continue when Gon and Killua are stronger -.- im sick of waiting.. this is going no where

There are tons of animes like that out there, just go watch one of them. HxH has gotten a lot of credit for being a bit different. I really don't get what you're saying though, it just shows perspective.

If the point of the anime was to get strong, I wouldn't really have an answer for that.

There's a lot more interesting stuff going on, like character and just story development.

And also, they are still 'winning' most of the fights in the end, just like in many other shounen, just in this Anime it's not by thinking "damn, I need to protect my friends" and gain a 10x power-up.

Don't you think it would have been more stupid for them to have beat shoot and knuckle with only a month training considering they already knew from the gecko that they were outclassed?

the thing you should take from this is that they have gotten much stronger then they were in that month and how they are dealing with their conflicts.

We're talking about GON and KILLUA here, they're both geniuses since their family aka. dads are top 5 strongest NEN users in HxH
Means it wouldn't be a surprise if they'd gain an epic power-up during their training

i mean even KURAPIKA gained such a power up and could even beat a Spider called Ugo.
