i think freiza is smart enough to learn that ultra instinct by observing goku which would make him the most powerful being aside from the gods

goku in ultra instinct already stronger than god of destruction imo but your also right about freeza's t is other motive aswell.

in power sure, but in the non manga version, goku cannot perform the hakai, the gods of destruction can

kinda sad vegeta is stuck fighting those cruds instead of at least going after Toppo etc. with full power. He could turn to ssb for 1 second and obliterate all of them, then move on to serious battles
