He probably had to defeat a big snake boss by striking him and strangling him real fast and named it Snake Strike or Cobra Strike ( Pretty sure for those words it depends on the translation )

Like eep said, no clue for sure about the fire hawk.

possible they are named for what the attacks do like every other of his attacks except now instead of weapons it is animals
