I was thinking the fact that Uruhara can make a near Invisible force field around a certain place to make undetectable
and because Uruhara is hiding himself from soul society im sure he's keeping everything that might have happened secret and only those involved know
He would put the security of Hougyoku on top of everything and porbably seek the help of Ichigo and Uryu's dad

probably the only stupid thing he did is put it inside Rukia's Gigai

Nah, he put it in Rukia's Gigai to hide it forever. It was supposed to mix with her soul and turn her into a normal soul. A normal soul among billions would have never been found since they can't destroy her to obtain it. Putting it in her gigai was smartest thing ever Just bad timing

yay for number 0 espada.

It seems Barragan may have been a Vasto Lorde (He was King before Aizen).
Also, the other Espada aren't too happy with Aizen, I think.

Probably at the moment when Aizen was showing Barragan his sword, Gin and Tousen just stood quietly and did nothing, but it was Kyouka Suigetsu technique and it was already too late as the slaughter was currently taking place, so by the time of Aizen's invintation and Barragan's 'I don't need the world you're trying to create' the image was real - Barragan returned to his former world where all his subordinates had been atrociously killed.

ya.. hence why i said ulquoirra is definitely one... the manga and anime gives so much hints to him..... plus in grimmjaow's flashback, grimmjow's fraccion told them to eat parts of them so that he can progress while they regress since they stated grimmjow was the only one able to reach the next level... they were all adjuchas at that time and then hitsugaya said they were all gillian arrancars meaning grimmjow prolly advanced
