I'm sorry if you feel like I stole your idea or something sad.gif it was just something I was mulling over while reading the chapters, I didn't mean to offend.

The EMS is the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.

EDIT:It's also possible that in order to gain the EMS you need to take MS eyes (Madara and his brother were the only ones with them at that time) and that could explain why Itachi would want Sasuke to "have the same eyes as him" before they met (and inevitably fought).
In the picture the two brother's eyes also combined in appearance after Madara took them out and replaced them.

that makes sense... and no i don't think u stole my idea nor did it offend me... the manga makes it sway that way.... but people here are retarded and they'll flame u.

btw it sways that way because... if tobi is a good guy, why would itachi go so far to prevent tobi and sasuke from crossing paths.
