Hitsugaya knew he's weaker tahn the other Captains, so why would he go up front to a espada when there are other captains around him that's more powerful more stronger? why can't he just go for the easy ones?

Because the stronger ones are already in a fight, the captain commander isn't going to start the fight, and the other captains are in hueco mundo.
