U know what. I wish they would takd two week breaks more often if quality increases this much..

its most likely not the bonus week that made the difference, it was said they brought in multiple high level animators for the special and some might stay on the show further



he only got nuked with 1 hand cause his form ran out

and we did not see hit land clean punches in the preview as goku did in last seconds of the form (the knee+the ki blast), so unclear yet where hit stands really until the ep shows that

this, his form ran out indeed, goku said he was out of energy. I also believe Frieza will give him some as many people think

I also think Hit was able to spar decently against Jiren because this time he did prepare and train for the tournament, while he never did much training before. I think current Hit was indeed stronger than goku ssb kaioken x 20

Agreed, it's pretty obvious he's talking about when goku gave him energy , Frieza really just wants to live .

just heard an interesting theory: Jiren is always in the Ultra instinct form, which consists of keeping yourself composed and keeping your energy. That would explain why Jiren is always meditating instead of fighting, since the form requires a high level of mental concentration and composure
Since Goku had just attained this form, he was not used to it and he was still producing heat, that would explain why the form didn't last very long, and why Jiren told Goku ''This heat, that's your limit''. Seems like Goku was not wasting a single move in that form, he seemed calm and collected. It would also explain why Whis was insisting on Vegeta and Goku to control their energy so much when he was training them.
