He's asking who's #10, not who's the tenth Espada.

I would say Yammy is still considered #10; in other words, he is 0 and 10.

I don't think another character took the place of the "real" #10 when the Espada thing was revealed to be 0 to 9.

Yes, he explained that Yammy is espada #10.

I would say probably because there is some unspoken rule that 1-6 are badasses, but 7-9 are in because of their special abilities. Like zommari's eye thing, and szayel apporo's clones + revive ability

It’s Hacchi’s right hand that is touched by the death breath and begins to rot. He uses a barrier to cut it off and throws it at Barragan.

Barragan angrily spews his death breath. Hacchi dons his mask and uses a barrier to defend, but it rots.

Barragan keeps quietly repeating, “I am the God of Hueco Mundo. Only my power is absolute and supreme.”

While he goes on saying things like, “Your lives, and the lives of ants appear the same to me,” Hacchi’s right arm starts disappearing.

Barragan: “Oops, what’s wrong with your right arm?”

Hacchi: “Because your powers are the only absolute in the world I present this to you.”

At the end, Hacchi says that because there are no other gods in SS besides Shinigami he doesn’t understand the importance of his words.

“Forgive me my disbelieve, God of Hueco Mundo.”

As he says this Baragan is disintegrates

i still think he is.
he survived soifon's bankai twice, even at extremely close range, which is so powerful she usually can only use it once every 3 daves because it drains her so much.
also, the only thing strong enough to defeat him was his own ability.
