He already has masterd mantra (CoO). He can only improve his physical abilities and learn CoA to improve.

But that is just doing "What ifs". What we know is that Enel is an ant compared the the strength of the top fighters in One Piece.

no it's not.

Luffy owned him. You can make excuses for Enel all you want saying that Lightning didn't work on Luffy. But the fact is that any top tier fighter in One Piece could cope with such a disadvantage. Luffy was super weak back then. Do you think Luffy could have defeated an admiral if he was immune to their direct fruit attacks? no. lol.

I want to know if one of the supernovas that was from Skypiea is more powerful than Enel.

You're still on-going with that? that probably was enel's first real fight, if he actually had some experience he would be a top fighter in one piece lol.. look at the admirals, over 20 years of fighting experience.
