The only Warlord that would give Luffy trouble would be Mihawk. He is presumed to be on a similar level of power to Shanks. And he did train Zoro as well.
I think you were referring to the Yonko though. Because they're the the four emperors of the sea. But if you take down a Yonko you pretty much fill their spot.

I think in due time we can see that sort of thing happening to Luffy though.
