anyway theres a nice line Sasuke said to Oro before beating him : "Before the Uchia, the Sannin are average".

he stole his eyes from his brother, the manga shows that both of his brother's eyes were bleeding.... how come i only see 1 sharingan on tobi.

and anyone but me think that tobi/madara was behind the calling on the nine-tails behind the attack on the village?

why didn't they just give his brother madara's eyes?

and the manga is getting really interesting imo

why would u want eyes that u cant see out of

and chances are, its a 1 step process

i thought the eyes become revitalized by the new contract when you place your brother's eyes in yours.

Well I had the same thought, that the brothers could just swap eyes.

However this page seems to debunk that http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/386/09/ it indicates that you need something more than just getting another pair of eyes to gain the EMS, presumably taking them against the person's will.

Interestingly this page seems to contradict with this http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/399/04/ saying that Madara's brother was willing in the taking of his eyes although that could be Madara/Tobi casting himself/Madara in a more favorable light.

I can't wait for the next chapter

EDIT: Therefore there are 3 possible conclusions to draw:
1.Tobi/Madara is lying/got the story wrong and the brother was unwilling to give up his eyes, thus activating the EMS.
2.The eyes just need to change hosts and the brothers just never thought of swapping.
3.There are more rules involving the Sharingan only known to Kishimoto.

for the first part... it said that clansmen have been trying to exchange eyes... not brothers... to activate the ems you need to take your brother's eyes.....and careful.. don't make up the theories i have came to or you will be flamed for no reason
