seastone cuffs proves this. They alone are enough to drain energy. We have also seen it many times where water doesn't effect df users if there isn't enough.

e/ but if you want a quote from oda read the SBS. He explains how water effects df users. Basically be hit by a wave or splashed won't doing anything. But being submerged in still water will was basically what was said

imagine Mihawks techniques but using 3 swords, that pretty much will surpass the best swordsman in One Piece.

I just don't like the idea of the Straw hats using others techniques. Haki is different. However something unique like Mihawk's eyes and giving to someone else just kind of ruines the epicness of his eyes.

Btw his eyes have nothing to do with his tecniques that we know of. Mihawk's eyes have always been like that and is probably just how he was born.

I didn't meant it that way btw. I meant the power of the best swordsman but with 3 swords, not the technique.
He uses his eyes to see far and beyond what's in front of him, this was shown on the battle at marineford, when he was chasing Luffy and using his eye to look for him.
It may not have nothing to do with his skills, but it does help when you can cut thru the air in a large scale, knowing where and what to aim at from a distance.

You didn't demonstrate anything. Cite a time where someone was splashed with seawater and wasn't effected.
