Because its transplanted.... like Kakashi.... he is also hiding it...

wasnt it that a transplanted one u cant turn it off without covering it up and know that old man and root is all secretive
he probally doesnt want ppls knowning he has it

okay we figured out about his eye, I wonder what awesome thing is in his arm.

yeah, just what kind of boost of power in this manga could someone have that's specifically for their arm? O_o I mean, this isn't bleach lol (chado/sado)
