that there hasn't been a Vasto Lorde in the group or only the top 3,
or they're Aizen Siper secret weapon that he hasn't shown or
the Vasto Lorde's (the ones transformed before Aizen's time) is againts him and was hunted down by those 2
maybe they're not powerful enough to kill them but just doing intel on their werabouts, "Seek the vasto Lorde" doesn't really meant make friends with it
