ehm nobody can control the kyuubi in the anime even for a bit
once the kyuubi takes over there is no turning back unless someone on the outside stops it

and with that logic i believe naruto > bubbelboy in controlling it
since naruto is able to withstand the kyuubi for a period of time untill he breaks and bubbelboy was taken over by the kyuubi pretty easy

well dont get too excited the next episode is going to be a filler and i wouldnt be suprised if the next few are the same

the few other episodes will also be fillers
