you are clearly under hindsight biased.. based on your response i can tell you read the manga too...personally, i haven't read the manga so your bias sticks out like a sore thumb

causation and correlation are two different things

just because the red titan has intelligence doesn't necessarily mean it was because it was once human.. titans could've merely developed their intelligence over time (they had what? 100+ years?)... just think about the evolution between cavemen and ourselves in terms of intelligence....there are multiple theories as to why that red titan has intelligence

also, nothing in the anime so far allows you to believe that once u're eaten by a titan, you get pooped out or "come out" and become a titan yourself....

There is no "proof" he is intellegent. Eren just brought it up. So I don't see what ur getting at.

why?
because all of the titans would've gotten intelligence and use their brain to think.
i've only read 1 episode of the manga, to see what happend to eren because i was shocked.
i don't know whats gonna happen in the next episode.

the way the red titan vanished just when eren was going to finish him off, shows that he was clearly aware of the dangerous situation and had to teleport himself away.
i'd say the chance that the RED & Armored titans were humans before is about 70%

You're probably thinking, why would they attack humanity if they were humans before?
Maybe those humans bullied/used/toyed with those test-subjects before they turned into titans.

And once those test-subjects (humans) got eaten, their anger and hatred of humanity grew large and they turned into SUPER-Titans to avenge themselves.

all of them doesn't necessarily have to possess intelligence if it was evolution... think about Darwin's theory of natural selection... only when intelligence provides a reproductive advantage and the rest of the population without intelligence is wiped out would intelligence be selected for within the population. If intelligence isn't mandatory for survival, that trait will not be found in the entire population of the titans...currently, some titans possessing intelligence and some not is just showing that everyone in the population is different, not necessarily natural selection.....

again, there are multiple theories that could explain the intelligence of the red titan.. i merely stated one as an example

and 1 chapter means that u did in fact read ahead and you already knew the answer... you jumped the gun straight to the conclusion when nothing in the anime has narrowed down the possibilities to which you stated...since you read ahead, you're now just picking and finding clues in the anime that could support your argument when in reality, no one would have attributed those clues to the conclusion you made unless we already knew the answers ourselves.

tbh all your reasoning so far is invalid because you are under hindsight bias... you already knew that eren is going to turn into a titan, so you think it's obvious that the red titan is also human ... the conclusion that the red titan was human could've only been reached if we were given this monumental clue, which we have not.. you already knew this clue so it looks obvious to you, but I can almost guarantee that you would've never reached this conclusion had you not read ahead



it could've been just coincidence that the red titan vanished when eren was about to finish him off... unless he has eyes rolling in the back of his head, he couldn't have seen eren going for this area.. he could've vanished because his mission to destroy the gate was complete... i mean, i hardly saw him after he broke the gate the first time, so why would he stick around this time?

also, are you saying only the red and armored titans were humans before? the other titans didn't show any signs of intelligence, i mean they're kamikaz'ing straight in front of cannons.

also, intelligence isn't necessarily unique to humans... having bilateral symmetry often means cephalization. it could've been a monkey or dog shapeshifter that was trained to attack walls and cannons for all we know.
