It's a filler so you can't believe any of it. He could have just as easily been fucking with him to see his full power.

same here... the action of the filler its happen sometime betwhen curent arc...we cant ignore that somehow ichigo started to gain more and more the ability to control his hallow powers...the fillers show us how that was posible.. whithout showing us the edless iner train!We also see the lvl power its same as the curent arc.. or mostly like it , every arc had the power lvl like the curent arc if you watch them carefuly... not of them was TO overpowered or to underpowered!

interesting ichigos hollow part lent him mad power as srong as zangetsus bankai Oo
