The fight was between Kakashi and Zabuza. Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura were ordered to stay back and protect Tazuna. Ergo, they were not part of the fight.
Clearly if there are only two parties to a fight and one acknowledges the fight is over he has admitted defeat.

It was obvious to everyone that Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura couldn't beat Zabuza.
Kakashi and Zabuza both knew the outcome of their fight would determine the fate of Tazuna and the others.



Clearly you have a limited understanding of what constitutes luck.
A scenario where Kakashi jumps into a river against a Ninja from the hidden Mist village, who he knows is an adept in the element of Water, is not one.



He chose not to do anything to Kakashi once he was imprisoned because he wanted to deal with Tazuna (I can post a picture of this too if you would like).
Zabuza knew Kakashi was out of the picture as soon as he was captured. The fact he subsequently underestimated the genin ultimately proved fatal to him.


no i'm not in denial, the fight wasn't over was it? kakashi still rOmPed the crap outta zabuza =]

Hell, if you don't believe it, Kakashi romped him on the bridge. He couldn't use his sharingan because of the mist even but he still cought him and was 1 sec away from killing him before haku jumped in

they didn't kill him intentionally, he sacrificed himself.

This. By now he would've been as good as, like, naruto or sasuke! Hell, orochimaru probably would've resorted to that Kekkai genkai of his.

But pain directly said to kisame that he needs 30% of his chakra kept in that cave for the ritual, so that means kisame was allowed 70% of his chakra in the clone.

Can you find cold hard evidence of that quote? If you could, then there's some real confusion stirring...
