edit: thought id rewatch the episode were you see the back of madara's head and if you look closely his right hand is much whiter that his left wich shows how it has to be obito

also we have never seen tobi use ms so we cant say for sure if he has the same sharingan as kakashi.

also danzo took shisuis right arm. and its only his right arm thats bad so it might not be obito
however danzo took his right eye aswell so its possible that tobi is using someone elses eye ( maybe obitos? )
