You're never going to get arrested for streaming something (edit: under current circumstances). There have already been several court rulings that consider such copies fair use. But it's definitely a borderline issue within copyright law.

Anywho in this context I don't really care about legality. My reply to "paying to get episodes being stupid" was meant to go in the direction of content creation.
