Wow.

Aizen's sword's ability is "Perfect Hyponsis," in which he can make the opponent sense (sight, hear, whatever) whatever he wants. -_-

Go look it up. Go ahead and look in the manga. Or go listen to his speech in the anime when he confronts the captains just before leaving with Gin and Tousen, where he explains the deal with his corpse hanging from the wall and all.
