ha...

it didn't do anything bad to his body, which is the stupid part. don't know why jiraiya warned naruto with such a cold seriousness.

i think it did put some kind of strain on his body.. i forgot what it did though...

I think it just uses gg amounts of chakra so it makes it easier to lose control to kyuubi

in the last filler ep of naruto... the one before shippuden started.. it also said when he runs out of chakra, he can't hold the shikaku back.
