he sealed some of his chakra if something should happen to the seal on Naruto

but the subject is whether or not he can be resurrected via edo tensei and he cant because hes sealed in the death god

also that chakra left durring his fight with pein so its not there anymore

my theory
yeah.. i think he is doing something similar to orochimaru(transfering his mind/soul into another body)
wich would explain why he is still alive + know so much about the past

and remember when madara's arm got cut off. it oosed this weird slime thing...
so i do think he is using a vessel..i doubt he would use his brothers though, because i think madara really loved his brother cause i remember when madara was telling sasuke the truth about itachi he talked about his brother as well.. and i remember him clenching his arm, which to me means that it was a hard topic for him to talk about..

alot of people think it is Obito's body that he is using..i do think it would be cool if thats true.. but he was crushed by the rocks.. so unless madara rescued him or have pain ressurect him and fixed his body somehow and then used his body, but i feel like im overthinking it but his body features seem accurate.. cause the eye obito gave kakashi is his right and madara only has a left eye.. and obito's left side of the body was crushed first.. and madara's left arm was slime.. lmao..

about the coffin
i think that its Madara's actual body.
because Kabuto said "i wouldn't expect any less from you, thats a really good vessel u have there"
so im assuming thats what might be in the coffin..that is more likely then his brother
and that would explain why madara(in obito body) agreed to join forces becuase kabuto can reanimate madara(original body) at full power wich would be able to kill/stop madara(in obito's body) and he wants to avoid that fight.

actually good theory you got there. Never thought of the eyes of Madara and Obito and about the Coffin is also good one

only part that i'm still trying to figure out is what the crow does that itachi gave to naruto

but most logical thing to me would be that its a way to counter itachi's eyes.
assuming its a backup plan of itachi incase his first plan failed(sasuke kills itachi and return back to hidden leaf as a hero) but as you see in the anime/manga that plan failed becuase madara knew about itachi his plan.
so itachi gave naruto a counter to his own eyes as a backup becuase he knew that if madara got involved he would forge sasuke into a raging avenger that would overuse his eyes and go blind, wich would force him to take the eyes of itachi to regain his powers or stay blind forever.

but thats just speculation since we haven't seen the effect of the crow yet

TL:DR itachi's gift is a counter to his own eyes *spoiler* (wich sasuke posses now) *spoiler*
