The girl is dead. We saw her ghost when Kakashi went to casper land. He was rambling on about not being able to keep his promise to protect her.

Don't remember the 4th getting sealed. The Third didn't allow him to be resurrected, but I don't think he got sealed. First and Second are sealed for sure.

I was thinking of this, but I wonder if Kabuto would know if Madara even had a brother and knew where he was burried.
I wonder if Kabuto will resurrect Jiraiya and Yondaime and make them fight Naruto. That would be so fucking cruel. D:
