It's possible. but the chances Big Mom shows up on the Island seem slim to me. And the fact she is providing the island protection but also working with someone to overthrow that island's government doesn't seem likely. If he is working with someone human, I believe he would have connections with Blackbeard.

I highly doubt big mom is the one who is behind Hodi....

besides, it's pretty much a given that she is related to the woman lola from Thriller bark

well.. more like people thought there was someone above Hodi pulling the strings because of what Keimi heard from Haachi.. but that was fixed. so there may be someone stronger but all evidence of that has been removed now.
